Men's and Women's Practice is every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 PM and hold optional fitness before at 6pm at our pitch near Will Rogers Park!

During the summer, Tuesday will be entirely casual touch rugby, while Thursday will be reserved for some more formal team activities.  

Regular 15s Practice will resume in the Fall.
